Yogurt is the substitute for milk. I use it to replace milk in all my recipes and eat some every day. Soy milk is also good (provided you do not have any problems with your thyroid- to be avoided if you have such problems).
Rice milk is another solution, but the commercial brand uses rice syrup to make it very sweet.... even though all the ingredients listed are Sugar
free, the milk does contain sucrose. If your candida is minor, no worries, but if you have a severe case of candida then you will not tolerate it. So then, look below I have posted the recipe to make your own rice milk.
