You sure are on the right track, trying to get your metabolism to establish its own equilibrium of bacteria-fungus is the way to go. However if your leaky gut is severe, you will react to friendly bacteria and should stop it and do coffee enemas
and other treaments for leaky gut- you seem to react rahter well to the bacteria- good news.
So as not to kil the friendly bacteria stay away from
oregano oil, caprylic, grapefruit extract, garlic and other antifungals. And other 'candida treatment' containing these ingredients.
At this point, with leaky gut, a liver cleanse is NOT a good idea. Carry on with the psyllium cleanse, try to make it progressively up to 3 or 4 a day (some people go all the way up to 5: watch for you r energy level, if it decreases, stop increasing the psyllium or even decrease it a bit.
You DO take magnesium and vit B supplements don`t you?
