What are the best saurces for protein obtained from a raw food? I have been on a raw food fr a few months and recently tested by a holistic nutritionist and the test shows low plotein? Any suggestions?
How about raw fish or maybe raw eggs? Does not sound appealing.
Greens have lots of protein - much more than you need. Vegans spend way too much time worrying about protein. If you eat kale or romaine or spinach, you probably get enough. Go to http://www.fitday.com and key in leafy greens and nuts and seeds - you'll see how much you can eat without having to resort to eating animals.
