sounds to me like you are doing WAY too much detoxing all at once! first things first...it is good that you are on the diet. i did the diet for a full month before i started taking any type of supplements though. i tried just simply taking vitamins in the beginning and that was too much for my body to handle - they made me feel worse.
everybody is different but you should listen to your body and if you feel too weak then you should probably take things a little slower. all you have right now is time anyways. i thought i was going to beat this thing in a few months but i am realizing now i was VERY wrong.
i was not able to exercise in the beginning either - i would be in excruciating pain the next day and most of the time i was too tired anyways. but once i did the diet for about a month, my intestines seemed to have cleaned up a bit and i got a lot stronger and less fatigued. i am only about 8 weeks into the diet now (but sick for 5 months) and i am finally back at the gym as of two weeks ago and exercising quite regularly. i am still weak though and struggle some days to get myself there, but all in all i am doing much better. your body needs the rest right now and time to heal. i took a little over 4 months off from the gym because i physically was not capable of exercising.
my advice to you is to slow down with all the detoxing at once and give yourself time. you will be able to exercise again, i promise. and your body will let you know when you are ready to do it.
