Yes, insomnia has been my biggest candida problem since I started battling with it in the last 6 months. My insomnia is the type with severe palpitations that allow for no sleep the whole night.
Only in the last few weeks did I make the connection with digestive malabsorption, of which the biggest problem is magnesium deficiency. I have taken a magnesium supplement for years, but I may not be absorbing it anymore. So I read that magnesium can be absorbed through the skin by bathing in Epsom salt, which is magnesium and sulfur.
I ran right out and got some, and started following the directions on the box: 2 cups in the bath. That was too much for me, and I had some die-off with it. The sulfur is also a good detoxing mineral. I cut back to 1/2 cup in the bath, now maybe 3/4 cup in the bath. But after the first two nights, yes, I did have my first consective nights of sleep since this whole mess started. It definitely helps. May be worth a try?
