I do not know about the quantity, but coconut oil you can eat with a meal or on its own. You could use it like you would use butter: on your buckwheat pancakes, to fry etc.
you can also use coconut oil topically on your skin to kill the fungus
Coconut milk (the white stuff- sorry my English is bad) is NOT okay. But you could ferment it with lactic bacteria (like you would do for yogurt) and then it is okay.
Coconut milk (the translucid stuff) is fantastic, it has antifungal properties and plenty of minerals.
