I have Leaky Gut so when the candida was removed, I started taking supplements for leaky gut which are as follows:
Permavite by Allergy Research Group - ˝ tbsp daily, building up to 1 tbsp daily
I use this now for Leaky Gut as it's cheaper:
L-glutamine powder by Higher Nature - follow instructions on packet. Take for 2 months.
About 3-4 months of taking Leaky Gut supplements is needed to heal it.
Now I take:
Saccharomyces Boulardii by Allergy Research Group - 1 capsule twice daily (for two months) - this is to clear up any candida that may be left.
The multi-nutrient, leaky gut supplement, EFA's and other things for thyroid and adrenal support.

This is what I stuck to for 6 months while my family were eating cakes around me!! It was hard at first, but I got used to it, and as the candida was dying, I stopped craving sugar. The candida makes you crave Sugar
to feed it, it's not you. Before the diet I was a sugar addict, and now I have it very occasionaly as I don't 'need' it anymore.
I could feel it working, when it rained I used to feel 'damp' inside my body, in my lungs etc and I would develop flu like symptoms that would go away when the rain stopped. As the candida died month by month, these symptoms stopped. I knew when the candida had gone. It was worth doing.
I see that people here drink alcohol on occasion, I didn't and I believe that helped. Any type of alcohol I avoided. Also, Apple cider vinegar - I never used it or any type of vinegar. I asked my health proffesional about apple cider vinegar after seeing it mentioned here, and she said it's a big no for candida.
The thing is, that everyone is different, what I have put is my experience and it worked for me. The plan was devised by a health professional that has experience with candida, as most of her clients have it. And they all get better!
I hope this helps someone to get better, I really feel for you all.
