I don´t think I eat too little. I am a good eater :-) But I eat a lot less than I used to. I probably eat between 1200-2000 kalories a day, am 6.1 and weigh 75kg that shoudl be 150 pounds? I am 26, female.
I am at the moment more thinking about my thyroids - if they are not functioning well... I was at a doctors though and she told me I am fine! I hate this Candida - the doctors cannot help, you should do it yourself and it seems like one is just messing up ones body!

I definitely agree that you could be restricting your calories too much. About how many calories do you consume in a day? And what are your height, weight, and age? For example, a 35-year old, 150 pound, moderately active female needs AT LEAST 1,800 calories per day to maintain her weight. If you're getting less than 1,200 per day, you're probably lowering your metabolism. Eating small, frequent meals will help keep the metabolism revved up. I'd probably shoot for about 1500-1600 cals spread out between 5-6 small meals to lose weight effectively. And avoid high-glycemic foods (which will cause Sugar
cravings). Protein is ESSENTIAL for weight loss, as well. Good luck!
