Dry eyes is a sign of dehydration. You do not drink enough (at some point I had to drink 4 to 5 liters of water a day). So you might be drinking plenty, yet not emough.
For your metabolism to retain water you need electrolyts: minerals usually sodium does it, so a dash of salt in your dinking water will help plenty. A bit of lemon juice in your drinking water is also a fantastic idea.
I would strongly advise a semi-fast at this point: //www.curezone.org/blogs/m.asp?f=308&i=15
If your eyes are also painful behind the eye - due to the presence of candida then, cod fish oil is a must.
Your wrinkles indicate that you need antioxydants : lemon, vitamin C & E/daily (until you are over with candida)
There cracking indicate that you are dehydrated: water
and perhaps that you need to supplement in oil (salmon oil, extra virgin olive oil) - one capsule or a spoonful with every meal ( until you are over with candida)
If the skin is itchy then you alson need zinc.
