STOOL COLOR: Walnut Brown. Temp. discoloration can occur due to beets or dark green veggies
CONSISTENCY & LENGTH: Consistency should b similar to toothpaste or banana.
FREQUENCY: minimum 1 good BM per day. 2-3 is ideal for optimal health
GAS & ODOR: Gas is natural byproduct of digestion. But abundance is not normal
SINK or FLOAT: If there is not enuff fiber, stool will "plummet" to bottom of toilet. If it floats, too much ungigested fats. Normal healthy stool should leave the body easily, settle in water and gently submerge..
