This is just my personal opinion, but I wouldn't mess with your cholesterol levels. That's something the body regulates, not you, and it's for good reason.
That said, there are times when we need to make adjustments in our diet. However, if you are suggesting that eating more or less cholesterol will change your internal cholesterol levels, I'd have to disagree. Again, this is something your body regulates.
People with high cholesterol ARE NOT people who eat a lot of cholesterol.
