I started taking Grapefruit-Seed-Extract and I've been getting a realyy sore throat. It might not be related, but I'm curious if anyone else has encountered anything like this. Also, how do you check ph levels, and does that determine if your stomach is too acidic?- Re: GSE question bigboyfun

I started Grapefruit-Seed-Extract about 3 weeks ago and i noticed my throat is a little soar as well. Nothing major but noticeable...............I would also like to know about Stomach acid and how to know to test it. I have been told that i have too much and too little stomach acid and i really want to know for sure.
