While it's true that candida feeds on wastes and the like, I don't agree that eliminating it is not positive.
Like making compost. If you let the "wastes" by themselves, it will kind of rot, with a strong putrefaction odor. But if you use a starter such as the EM bokashi, the good microbes will ferment the stuff, creating the compost much faster, with the types of microbes that should be ideally present in the soils.
Probiotics can have a cleansing effect, helping us to get rid of heavy metals, while, in my opinion, the candida yeast just accumulates them.
Probiotics will also clean the liver, as they keep the wrong bugs from acting on the bile and releasing the bound toxins in it.
Increased mineral absorption is also a result of probiotics.
And I'm not even talking about the strong potential in the EM (eminfo.info), as some bacterias in it have a cleansing effects that goes far beyond every other probiotics.
