I had this problem. First thing to realize is that it is the Sugar
that has made you sick. (assuming of course you have candida & thats why youre here).
Find something else to snack on with no sugar. A craving...any craving while
you have candida is usually something that is going to make your health worse.
Every time you eat sugar...youre feeding the candida. Just get mad! Take control
and make the decision that YOU are going to decide what your body wants! Once
I went 8 weeks without sugar...I no longer craved it. I could probably go the rest
of my life without it now and it wouldnt bother me that much. Just hang in there,
excercise, read, watch TV and throw all the Sugar
stuff out of the house!
