Hi Shelley, perhaps you can shed some light on something that has manifested itself over a couple of years now, namely a lighter coloured half-circle under each eye. It's not the blueish-blackish kind, more a patch of lighter coloured skin.

Could this be due to me wearing glasses since those few years? I can also recall reading something that it had to do with a gland being overactive of sluggish.
Or should I not worry and keep on LF-ing for my overall health(yee haa, 150+ stones last monday!!!)
