Im sure everyone is different. I would never do a Liver Flush on a work day. Most of us feel nauscious all night, get very little sleep, and have to do enemas the next morning. Usually by 10am I feel good. But that is after 2 deep enemas and some rest.

I recover pretty quickly from flushes because I don't use Epsom Salts . I just do an enema and then resume normal daily tasks from then on. However, for a first flush, I'd highly recommend doing it on your days off because this is a new thing and you want to be sure to be in your comfort zone. :)

I would definately not recommend doing your first Liver Flush on a week day. I too have access to bathroom at work and I am used to flushing with epsons salt alone all the time. After my first two flushes though I would not consider it - you have that much epsons that it really is a complete flush. You dont sleep particuarly well, you wake up feeling very drained, of course you are on the toilet for a few hours and its not just like doing small amounts of epsons it is more like having to run to the toilet for several hours and i tend to feel a little drained and depressed until about 12-2pm the day after.

Definately something better tried on a Friday or Saturday night to start. I would like to do them work days as I could get so many more flushes in but to be honest I just dont dare. lol
