I take a detox bath about once a week, with Sea Salt
s and/or Epsom Salts
. I soak for about 15 minutes and then lie down and sweat.
My question is, what does the salt really do besides make you sweat? Where I live, I can go sit outside for 20 minutes and I will sweat just as much. Does this do as good as the detox bath? Just curious, I work out in the yard all weekend and am wondering if I really need to do the detox baths, since I am continually drinking water and sweating it out all weekend...
