It's only pasteurized, homogonized milk that's bad, altho of course if you're kapha it's best to stick to fermented milk.
I suggest you get tested for vitamin B12 levels and osteoperosis before you say you're completely healthy. Of course you'd cure yourself with vegetarianism, it's very alkaline and full of good stuff. But over years and years problems can happen if you aren't careful. they happened to me. So, knowing that most people won't cook, won't juice, ferment, all that, I don't recommend vegetarianism. It's too much work. Even Ayurvedic medicine recommends periods of rebuilding, eating sweet foods - which means meat - to build up strength. The Hindu cultures that totally refuse all meats and dairy only live to about 60. The Hunzas, a mountain people who live right next door to them and live on goat's milk and occasional goat meat, live to over 100. Balance is key. Too much or too little of anything will get you into trouble.
Additionally, some people simply vibrate at a higher level. They've gone beyond drama and so use nutrition more efficiently. Their biology is such that they have more receptor sites for nutrition, and less receptor sites for anger, frustration, victimization, etc. Andreas is one such person, he's able to astral project, all that good stuff. :) The general population is still addicted to emotions and needs different nourishment because of this. Meat is too heavy for a lot of people vibrating at a higher level, but perfect for "regular" people.
It's not enough to read, you have to read the right books! LOL!
