I doubt that ache is a lymph, it's probably connected more to muscle and skeletal structure, especially if you're right-hand dominant. Try stretching out 10 minutes a day for a week and see if that changes. If you're always doing things iwth your right hand, try switching off to your left occasionally. Check in with your body several times a day, see how you feel, check for tension, how relaxed you are. Concentrate on relaxing.
