My favorite way to take kefir is in smoothies, I blend frozen berries with the kefir and add some sweetener, either stevia for calorie free or Sucanat for natural sweetness. Its really good with just a "twang" of sourness. A quick way to drink kefir is to add a little Maple syrup, Sucanat or stevia to it, add a dash of vanilla and sprinkle with cinnamon or nutmeg. I call this my kefirnog drink. If you can tolerate a little sweetener, it really improves the kefir. It doesn't take much to make a huge difference.
