I did a liver cleanse seven days ago and prior to it, regular for me was going once a day, every other day. I know that's not optimal, but it's better than what's happening now.
I had a BM five days ago, and have been waiting on the next one, finally drinking aloe and eating flax seeds to prompt it.
That means 5 days of food in my system. I am perplexed about what should be my next step, as I am nursing a baby who is not eating solids yet. IF I weren't nursing, I would move forward with a fast, but that is not possible. (I keep thinking --juice fast?) Perhaps meatless?
I could really tell that there was a lot of movement in my intestines. (Still is.)
Does anyone have any suggestions?
