of weight, ex.150lb person taking roughly 15grams throughout the day. Myself take 12 grams daily but I eat mainly a raw diet so I'm getting plenty of the natural viamin c in my diet. If I take anymore get the butt pee as in reached b.t.l. Before I started eating mainly raw fruits and veggies my maintenance level was 19grams daily(weight 190lbs). First find out what your btl is and then lower your daily dosage by about 3 grams.
