I can make the lemonade at work. I did it before for a few days. I just bring lemon juice, syrup and ceyene and mix it in warm water. I don' have to worry about any 8 year olds per se, just 8 year old mentalities. LOL! I think maybe I'll do mostly lemonaide at work and veggie juice at home. The juicing
is the work part. I'm also going to do the p&b shakes. and maybe take a salad or the kachadi (sp?) for lunch. Dinner is the hard part for me. I need to get out and go for a walk or anything to break the "sit and watch TV" habit. I'm moving to the country soon and will have lots of new places to explore, and I want to be in the habit by the time I get there, instead of falling into old habits.
My diet has been off and on also. What I really need if discipline. That's a tough one for me. I suppose I'll eat some meats, but when I read about how they treat the animals and all the crap they give them, I will surely only eat free range and organic. But I've read that animal protein is what causes Arthritis
and many other diseases. Arthritis
runs in my family and I am just now getting a taste of it and I DON"T LIKE IT!!!
You can email me privately if you like. It just might help having someone to share my days with on this. I didn't get anything, as far as I can tell, from the liver flush. Maybe something will come out. How disappointing. THis is my third, but it's been a really long time (months). The first was excellent. I'll do another in a couple of weeks after fasting and see what happens.
