Hi all. I am succesfully through day 4. I went for a 5 km run...it felt great. I was worried that I would feel weak, but so far so good.
I haven't been able to find a copy of the book, so I have a few questions.
1. So far I have not experienced any of the negative side effects that people talk about...headaches, extreme hunger, lethargy etc. Am I just lucky or do these things kick in a little later in the cleanse. I am planning to do 10 or 12 days.
2. I see some people doing the cleanse for 20, 30, or 40 days. What is the advantage in going beyond 10 days?
3. How often can I do the cleanse? If I do it fairly regularly (like once every 2 months for example) do I need to do a 10 day cleanse or would a shorter time period be okay?
