The liquid numbers are correct for 6 glasses. Now since the recipe calls for 1/10th per 10oz H2O that would be 6/10th tsp or roughly a little over 1/2 tsp so anything that you can eyeballat or close to 1/2 tsp will be fine and then after you start you can adjust to taste though I would be hesitant to recommend less than the minimum amt.
I think the amount of daily intake is ultimately up to you but my theory as with many other things is that it's sorta related to size and maybe the severity of a condition one is trying to heal.
Experiment and see what works for you I used the water rule of 1/2 my body weight in
oz as a starting point for the lemonade. I believe I'm hovering around 190 to 200 from how my clothes fit. I refuse to weigh myself and make the
Master-Cleanse a weight issue thing. So based on my guess I figure 3 qts +/- to be the right amount for me.
I don't look at my watch and set up some kinda hourly schedule to do the lemonade. I set up 3 1 qt Nalgene bottles with sport spouts and sip from that all day long and 3 qts spaces out just about right for me.
I would suggest to you that the
Master-Cleanse is not about exacting measures and strict schedules but more about finding where the "zone" is for each individual. So experiment a little try 6 servings one day then try 9 another etc and after a while you'll find what's right for you. But I think as long as you're doing at least 6 a day you can't go wrong. I will suggest though that if you're a good sized person you might wanna go higher than the minimum 6 doses. If you can't tolerate more than 6 doses then consider adding water. It your body, your decision and ultimately your personal responsibility to experiment and find what works for you.
