Dear Smoothman, Consider yourself prayed for!! and expect miracles!!
Now here's some questions for you:
1- how many fillings, bridgework, root canals
etc., do you have so far?
2- When did you start to feel these mercury symptoms? Sometimes when a mercury filling starts to crumble-- it releases methyl mercury vapor 100 fold into the body quicker than normal mercury vaporization. THis is sometimes when people notice the symptoms the most.
You dont have to worry about getting the fillings out all at once if you dont have the money. Do it one or two at a time -till all are out. If you go to a holistic dentist, they will remove them and replace them the same day- but with special protocols so your body wont get overwhelmed. I chose the cheaper, more riskier route-- but followed all the protocols- and detoxed.
Pray about how God wants this done for you- I asked God about it- and was happy with the dentist I went to- even though he wasnt a holistic one.
I had 8 metal fillings in my mouth-- and was very afraid to have them replaced. I was sure i'd be spending thousands of dollars.
I prayed about it and found a regular dentist to do the filling replacements-- one who was willing to bear with me while I requested he use a rubber dam (which will prevent drilled out filling bits from being swallowed.) I started on May 12th and got the last one out September 10th. I never dreamed Id ever do it-- but forced myself. I used most of my vacation days from work for the dental visits--- even going on my birthday.
I breathed into a fan afterwards--and immediately washed and shampooed after going home to wash off any mercury vapor that settled on me during the drilling removal.
There are other things to do-- like taking natural vitamin C (with Bioflavonoids) and activated charcoal. They are very cheap in the Puritans Pride catalog.
for thier forum on mercury Amalgam
illness . It is a very active forum and most people there have mercury poisoning. Even the moderators are getting over their fillings. The one moderator (Laura) had around 23 metal fillings in her mouth.
Russ Tanner- the other moderator there is a Christian too. I belong to this forum and got alot of help from it. In fact, not too long ago, Andy Cutler paid them a visit!
THINGS TO DO AND NOT DO WHILE YOU HAVE THE FILLINGS IN THE MOUTH STILL
1- Dont get any teeth cleanings yet til the metal fillings are replaced. The abrasiveness of the polishes will make the metal fillings vaporize more.
2- Watch when eating crunchy foods-- including potato chips. Eating a potato chip was enough to give me dizzy spells from the mercury. The crunchyness was very abrasive against the metal fillings in the molars.
3- Watch when using hydrogen Peroxide in the mouth ,or soda. It reacts with the mercury.
4- Do rinse the mouth with ice water after drinking hot drinks. Ice water will control the amount of mercury vapor after drinking hot drinks.
5- Try to wear as little metal as possible- even switching to Zylo or plastic eye glass frames over metal. Their is an electric current that flows through the fillings and anymore metal on you near the head makes it worse.
I would get migraines from wearing metal eyeglasses.
6- DO Take more Selenium and Magnesium. Those with mercury poisoning are always low on these two minerals. Taking these will help the body cope a bit more as you get your fillings removed. Even afterwards you'll need to still take these.
7- Eat more apples and raw nuts. Apples are gentle metal detoxifiers and so are raw nuts-- which also provide you with natural selenium. Brazil Nuts are famous for that too!
Again, as we pray for you- your part is to pray for what God wants you to do first and then start doing it. also visit and bookmark the http://www.herballure.com

s here too. Get your teeth x-ray, and if you need to take a loan out- go for it. First of all, the interest rates for personal loans at credit unions are still low yet--- so this is a good time before Greenspan starts gettng the Fed. to raise the rates more.
Start researching where you can go for mercury removal. Dont expect the average dentist to take mercury poisoning seriously because they are generally brainwashed from the ADA. Just go and get them removed and tell them the reason why is because you want them replaced so they dont crumble down the road or fracture your teeth later in life., etc. That's why my dentist hates metal fillings. HE still has to be more open to the mercury dangers- but at least he still hates mercury for other reasons.
