There are many who know more about this than I. I am taking Paragone, which is both bowel and parastie cleanse. You can get the Psyllium in capsule form - and the Bentotnite in liquid form has NO taste, and goes down easily with a bit of lemon (I also put in a few drops of Stevis to make it sweet) - best with warm water.
You can also take, not at the same time as the Psyllium and Bentonite, garlic in capsules, tumeric in capsules, cayenne pepper in capsules and P'au D'arco, also in capsules, and Grape Seed Extract. . . However, I am not certain if all of these are necessary at the same time period - or if one is better than the others. I was taking all these, then started the Paragone, so I had to stop taking these - did not want to burden any organs, or overdue it needlessly!
After a few weeks of P&B, I really had things going, then got constipated. Some said to back off a little on the Bentonite
- however, lately, GMS is having great results with adding (I hope I am saying what he shared correctly) Bentonite
- but that is in a beverage without Psyllium, and you mentioned you don't tolerate drinks to well. Before I started the paragone, I did take magnesium Citrate (very inexpensive, fizzy like pop and strong pleasant flavour - and I mixed it with Sugar
free ginger ale and sipped it over an hour - but again, that is a liquid). Some find that sipping things through a straw helps. . . .you knwo yourself and what works for you.
