never used epson salts at all. I only did the flush once with good results. I drank olive oil and lemon juice through
a straw, cold. After I drank it, I sucked on a grapefruit to kill the original taste. I had no problem getting it down.
My friend tried it like a shot and vomited all night. Mine was cold as well. I'm not sure what the
epson salts are good for, I just ate chili the night before, and had a very sore butt that day!
