I know you're scared- I did my first flush a few days ago, and I was a wreck at first! I also have very painful IBS, and I was concerned that the Epsom Salts
would make it worse. I didn't get any more irritation from the salts then I normally do just from eating or taking an enema, but it is 'normal' for me to be highly irritated. I don't have chronic diarrhea, so that's where I'm a little concerned for you. I know the Epsom Salts
can cause dehydration, and you may already be dehydrated.....my advice is to just take things slow. Maybe get some herbs to help with the bile and continue your parasite
cleanse for a while. I did mine for about a month before jumping into the liver flush! Above all else, I really believe in going with your gut with these things....just take it slowly, breathe, read about other people's experiences on this forum, and then decide.
If you do go ahead with it, try what I did: with the first serving of Epsom Salts
, take 1 tsp. and see how it goes. Then at your next dose, take 2 tsp. Then if you're okay, and don't have explosive diarrhea or anything, go ahead with the flush. I did this, and I was able to take the proper dose with my next two drinks. I listened to my body during every step, and it let me know what to do.
Read my post entitled, "O.K.- I finally did it!" from two days ago, and you'll see how it turned out okay. I have to say that for the next day and a half, I had watery stools, as the epsom salts were getting out of my body, and that caused a lot of irritation for me.
Lots of luck,
