Do not take Hydrogen peroxide (H2O2) internally! The amount of damage it will cause is unbelievable!!! If your Acne is that bad and alternative meds are not improving it, I would suggest going to see a dermatologist.

PS - I wouldn't use it on the face either. It would be dangerous to get it in the eyes etc.
