I took my first dose this evening. I took 3 capsules instead of the recommended 4 because I've been going more than usual and I don't want to cause chaos. I'm going to do it until Friday because I'm going to be on the road Saturday and that proba;y won't go well with having to go.

Has anyone felt bloated shortly after taking it? I've been drinking a lot of water tonight but it's a different kind of bloated.
