I started the Bowel Cleanse on Saturday morning. I have taken the P&B shake in the morning and at night. Sunday (yesterday) was the last time that I had a bowel movement, pretty soon after the P&B shake. I have read on the site that I should stop taking this if I become constipated. So, this a.m. I didn't take the P&B shake. I'm just confused about whether I am doing the right thing or not. I have been drinking tons of water. Also, a good friend of mine didn't think that it was healthy to be cleansing for up to 6 months like this website suggests. He said one month was the longest it should be.
