Dawn, what type colonics have you had? Do you know if they were the gravity flow LIBBE type, or was it a closed pressure control system? Did the therapist stay with in the room with you during the procedure? Did she provide abdominal massage to help break up impacted waste matter during the release cycle?

In my opinion, you can get just as good results at home with old fashioned cleansing enemas as you can with most colonics administered with higher priced fancy gravity flow systems. A high quality closed pressurized colon hydrotherapy system sells today for more than $12,000, and the results you can accomplish with it are far superior to those you can achieve from the LIBBE type systems or enemas at home.
