Thanks, that gives me something else to consider. I have had my mercury levels checked and they are low, plus I don't have any fillings. This is the only thing I have checked though.

Thank you Zule...I really need some encouragement now. I can't believe how much stuff came out of me. I just don't understand how it could have all been inside of me. I definately got discouraged when I didn't start feeling better quickly. With all of the toxic stuff coming out I still don't understand why I haven't felt loads better. But I guesss I need patience. I really like the Blessed Herbs cleanse because everything pretty much happened the way everyone said that it would. Also, my MP looks very similar to many of the pictures that people have posted here. I just don't understand how much of it is the Bentonite and psyllium and how much is stuff inside of my intestines. I am planning on doing a Liver Flush next weekend. I didn't want to do one this weekend becuase I thought it might be too harsh on my body...I don't know, what do you think? Should I do one this weekend or wait until next weekend? I will continue to keep every body posted on my progress.
