I have been doing the Bowel Cleanse
off and on. I released some MP one day after I sat in a vibrating chair at a furniture store. The MP was the most I had expelled, and it looked just like the infamous pictures. I felt such a relief. After weighing myself again, as I had been weighing myself everyday, I saw that I released in the course of a week, about 3 to 4 lbs of MP. :) I read that we have approx. 7-25 lbs of the stuff in us, so I know I'm not done. So, what I would like to know is seeing that I can't go to that furniture store everyday, or often, what is another sure fire method of dislodging the MP from the intestinal walls?
I am doing the P&B shakes, 3x a day, eating healthy.
