When I started cleansing I was following a very strict diet, and I was afraid to go off it. When I started to go off it, I found that what I was taking, which was just HCl digestive enzymes, it still worked. The diet I was on was strictly vegetarian, and so included a lot of complex carbohydrates. Lately I've been wondering that if you try to starve the parasites
by not putting any carbohydrates in your body, do they get hungry and move around to other places, or do they become extra strong and hard to kill. I don't know. I don't worry lately about what I eat so much, to a certain degree that is, I always try to stay on a good diet, but whenever I eat something that I've read that feeds the parasites, I just figure that while they are eating that, I'll take an herbal blend that will kill them.
Kind of like bringing them out to take what kills them. This is just theory, and I would appreciate other opinions on the matter.
