Size oo gel-caps. Measure out the does into a bowl, and then use your dropper to add the measured out amount to each gel-cap. I tried using gel-caps, but I have a sensitive stomach,so I can’t take Clarkia this way. I have to mix it in with water; however, you may have better luck.
