Well I started my 2 Liver-Flush
with an enema (2 liters of distilled boiled water, 1tbsp of cranberry juice, 1tsp of salt, temperature of the water should not be more than 20C) @ 8:00pm
@ 1:00 am I had small (100 ml) garlic enema (put 1 clove of garlic in hot water and let it stay for a couple of hours until it'll cool off)
@ 2:00 am I drunk 80 ml of Pumpkin Oil plus 125 ml of Grapefruit juice and 20 drops of Black-Walnut
@ 4:00 am - regular amount
@5:00 am - had 2 liters enema as above (may use ES salt instead of Sea Salt
Then, I had another 7 enemas every 2-3 hours, depending on my pain on the right rib side. Ones should not take any water that whole day, because it said that parasite
will came back to life if water was taken. All parasites
and GB stones need to be flush out - it's important to avoid intoxication, pain, and inflammation later.
AT 2:00 pm - lunch: bread, apples, dry cereal, honey to support liver.
AT 6:00 pm - supper: bread, apples, dry cereal, honey, and cooked vegetables.

OF ALL SHAPES AND SIZES (even though I've Dr. Hulda parasite
cleaning 2 times), about 500 GB STONES: BLACK, DARK GREEN, GREEN, TAN, YELOWISH, THE BIGGEST WAS 2 inches
long x 1/3 inch
wide, the smallest pea sized and lots of even smaller that pea size peaces, which I didn't even count. I tried to cut one big tan one to see what's inside, found some garbage, some bile, and parasites!!!!!!
Well it was a little harsh Liver-Flush
for the second time but I'm not sorry I've done it!!!! I'm pleased with my results. After all I felt tired, and I needed lots of sleep. I did 1 enema in the morning for the next 2 days and got more stones and parasites, now my stool came to normal but I still get them anyway. On the second day I started to take L-Cysteine (2 x 3times) and Dr. Hulda parasite
program again just in case, increasing dosage: drop-by-drop, pill-by-pill daily. Also, was advised to drink 1tsp of each: flax seed oil and pumpkin seed oil in the morning, super green food powder, and Orthinine at bedtime and Arginine in the morning. Overall I feel OK, a little big tired, take lots of naps, a little pain in by liver or GB (very mild) not like last time. We'll see how I'll progress in a few days; hopefully the pain will go away completely. Noticed that if I don't eat for more that 4 hours than I get this mild dull pain. My grandma (76 years old is planning to do the same Liver-Flush
