I know it sounds like a tough feat to do! You are NOT alone! I didnt think I could give up coffee, sweets or anything bad for you! Yerba Mate makes a tea that has caffine, its all natural... I tried that for a while to kick the coffee habit. As far as sweets.. oh man that is a tough one for me... but... try eating garlic every day, two cloves if you can... helps me with cravings. type in sweets on this site and see what others have done to stop the sweet craving. There is so much info it can be overwelming.
