Definitely do liver flushes-- i personally would do a few weeks of the parasite
cleanse first- then go right into a liver flush.
probably the reason your Liver Flush
experience was unpleasant was because you had alot of worms (probably the common liver fluke) blocking the bile ducts and you werent able to get alot of stones out because of that.
Do Colon Cleanses
while you are on the parasite
cleanse to help eliminate dead worms out into the toilet with your bowel movements. This is very important- and if you do this, you wont even have any toxic symptoms- it will all be getting flushed out instead of being backed up in your body.
As Hanna mentioned- It is soooooo important to still do liver flushes!! Id wait no earlier than about 3 weeks into the parasite
cleanse- then start a liver flush.
Make sure you drink water in between the Epsom Salt
drinks to stay hydrated and also to get more stones out the next morning. I know Dr. Hulda Clark
stated no drinking or eating- but many --including myself- didnt listen and drank filtered water in between . Not only did we quench our thirst, and kept Electrolytes healthy- staying hydrated in hot weather, but we also found we got tons more stones out!
will get rid of not only stones but any straggler worms hiding in the liver. If you have too many worms there because you didnt do a parasite cleanse first-- then it will not be very productive.
Another tip when you do a liver flush-- Eat a pinch of Sea Salt
after the Liver Flush
is over the next day-- I take a pinch with some fresh squeezed fruit juice. It helps the stomach hydrochloric acid.
Hang in there!
