hi!
i'm about to do a colon cleanse, but i'd like to also implement a parasite cleanse afterwards, or before if that is recommended. maybe they are 2 in 1 with all the colonics and flushing out, not sure.
So say i do the Colon Cleanse first, and then a parasite cleanse, what would that entail? I would imagine taking some herbs (wormwood, cloves, Black-Walnut , etc.) and also just eating a diet that is restricting to parasites? Is there anything that is a MUST HAVE on a para.cleanse that i should know about? i see all kinds of things on here, but i don't know what to choose to use.
so i'm thinking my plan of attack would be the colon cleanse, then the para cleanse, then a liver flush.
any help would be greatly appreciated, thank you!
