Please make sure to conclude the liver flushes with a colonic or at least a colema. If stones remain trapped in the colon, they can become a constant source of toxicity. The most dominating/exposed meridian in the upper arm is the one for the large intestine. Toxicity in the descending and ascending colon can affect this meridian and lead to skin irritation in these parts of the arm.
The Pitta season (hot season) increases Pitta and can aggrevate it it, Pitta, is unbalanced in the body. The body tries to remove Pitta impurities usually come at the end of the hot season, which would be September in our hemiphere.
You may want to include some fresh salads at lunchtime to start with, and add some herbs and spices that are mild and cooling to your veggies, such as cumin, cardamon, coriander, tumeric, fennel, anise, liccorice root powder, basil, etc. to improve digestion. Make sure include fat (olive oil, coconut oil, ghee, or butter) with all your carbhydrates, including, vegetables, pulses, and grains. Occasionally, to satisfy the need for astringent foods, you may have some mung beans, yellow or green plit peas once or twice weekly. Some pumkin seeds and almonds, walnut, etc. may also be beneficial. Avoid eating fruit in the evening, to avoid fermentation, and avoid sour-tasting fruits as they can cause skin problems in Pitta types. Over-eating fruit of any kind can do the same in Pittas.
