Coconut oil is digested differently than OO (Olive-Oil)
and I would be concerned that it may not have the same effect as the OO. If you try it please let us know how it goes.
I use 'light' OO, it's not as healthy but a lot easier to get down and I have had better results than when using extra virgin OO. I think the ES doesn't allow for much absorption anyway so I think the quality is not as important.
