I use Bragg brand, raw, unfiltered, organic with the mother. I use 2 -3 Tbsp in a quart
of water with a bit of stevia to sweeten. I can't eat apples or drink the juice (too high in sugar) and after doing tons of research it appears as though the vinegar is more potent and has more health benefits than only taking apples / juice although I haven't found any info on the content of malic acid in each. I haven't noticed any difference but then it is difficult to tell as each flush is different. The drink is very tasty so I do it anyway.
