Nothing to worry about. Eat good foods (always), esp those fiber-filled greens (steamed brocolli, Kale, Swiss Chard...). Night before your colonic
you might want to take some natural stimulant for your bowels. I like Cape Aloe. It's put out by Sun Up: McCoys Health Center, Duluth, GA, 30097. That's all the info I have on that. I buy mine at my colon therapist's.
The Cape Aloe stimulates and softens your bowels, so you have a more thorough colonic. Also, stay hydrated. Drink lots of water starting now.
Of course, you can have your colonic
without any of this. But with it, as I put, you'll have a better session.
Oh, and give yourself digest time before colonic
-- couple of hours at least.
