I have been trying to do my own research and only find prescription relief and I don't want to take meds. I have always had a hard time even when I was 9 yrs old I would have to stay home from school in the fetal position because the cramps were so bad. Now they are not as bad but what can I do? I excersice and that helps it out a lot but I have not been able to lately because I pulled my groin muscle getting off of the bike during Spinning Class and been told that I need to rest it. I guess my questions are.
1. What can I do to alieveate the pain other than excersice and prescription meds?
2. Why do I crave tomatoe sauce, cheese and sweets? I go crazy the week before with Italian food the tomatoe sauce and the cheese and then I crave sweets like strawberries and cream a drink for Starbucks.
