I noticed almost an immediate improvement.
I take 3 pellets of the Bezwecken product at about 9:30am, no stomach problems at all (and I generally have a pretty sensitive stomach). My symptoms worsen as soon as I stop taking it. Taking it has completely stopped the night sweats, and as soon as I forget to take it, it returns. Really big difference for me. I got my first order in April/May - took a break for 3.5 weeks in June as I went away on hols and noticed a worsening, even though I usually feel a lot better on hols - got back on it in July and am not planning on stopping. Originally I took 3 pellets first thing in the morning and 3 more during lunch, which was even better, but I am concerned about taking too much and the 3 in the morning still seems to help so I am sticking with it for now.
