hi im 18 yrs old and i have a few pimples on my face and on my back sometimes.
im following a healthy Diet and drinkind two litters of water at day .
i started to do kick boxing a week ago and ups my Acne got worst i dont know what to do, does the exercise will make my Acne worst everytime i sweat???
please help me
hello, dont stop excercising! trust me, from my expeience excercise beneits your skin massively in the long run. at first, the sweating may cause a few more spots, but over time the incresed blood flow to the skin that it causes is really good for clearing it up.
