everyone is different, some claim their workouts are stronger than ever. However, when I do this again, I'm going to slow down. Let your body do the talking, but don't push it too hard.

i seen a little results on my 6th day but Im still unhappy w/ my weight. Nothing has change since then. Im on my 8th day
