Must have missed your earlier messages, but hey, you know what: it's you who is going to miss out on the opportunity to get rid of all the accumulated toxins which more than likely will, if they haven't already, cause your health to suffer, creating the setting for more serious healthproblems later on in life.
The lack of responses from other fasters, although helpful and encouraging, should not be a reason to abandon a very good plan.
Body cleanses/fasts may have similarities for most but it is a very individual experience. Some can do a 10 day fast at first attempt, others need a few attempts to get even through the first day. Usually the hungerpangs, or feeling just different from 'normal' that either causes anxiety that something might be wrong or just perhaps because of a lack of stamina. Even doing the fast regularly gives different experiences for the same person.
Benefits are plenty but I believe you have to really want to do it, do your (own) homework on it, read and learn, and then DO it. That's the ultimate experience.
